Opera won't load in windows 10

After a Windows 10 automatic update, Opera no longer works. I've completely uninstalled Opera along with my user data and then reinstalled. Nothing....Opera will not load...Windows 10 Task Manager doesn't even register the application as running. Very strange. Am I doing something wrong?

I bet it's crashing upon start. Check the application log (Event viewer) and paste in the details here. You should be able to get some clue from that, but it's clearly not getting along with something on your system. I think the Win10 update is just a coincidence, as there would be widespread reports if it killed Opera.
Also, for reference, go to Win10's Settings, System, About and list the full OS Build number.

I just uploaded Opera because Chrome refused to load. And Opera is not loading either. Firefox and Explorer load fine. I cannot open any applications in Opera or Chrome. I just get a blank screen. I can get a new window and that's it. I click on what I think is Settings and it just shows I can open a tab and says "loading". In case it helps, I tried uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it and it still had the same problem. So I just didn't bother to do it with Opera. Help.
