Use the same login for both machines.

Can you access to Sync.Opera.com from Linux?
User account validation? Did it?
The user access is the same for Opera forums, use pegasisworks and your password (if it's the same account).

I have tried to do that, but I can't login/synch on linux
I looked up my opera synch in opera on my PC, and tried the same password but it won't take it
Is there a way to look up you pwd on the linux PC?
When I try to login synch the browser it says the account information is invalid
enter a valid username and password????

Try the password manager.
But if are using the same account then the password is the same.
When I try to login synch the browser it says the account information is invalid
And are typing the correct username and password?
Try checking if caps isn't enabled by chance.

Answer the above questions clearly to save time.
Write your User / Pss in a txt, if it's ok, write / paste it in the login access.
You should access if you can access into the forums.

What do you mean? So login to sync works in the Linux Opera version?
don'y know how to do user validation?
What is this?
What exactly are you trying to do? Things are getting kinda confused here.

HELLO
I have opera on (2) computers; 1 a PC, and 1 on a laptop running linux
I used a previous version (backup) on linux ( from an ealier time), and was able to login synch on the opera on my linux PC.
it still would don't synch, and crashed immediately and restarted opera, crashed, etc
this the the issue
either opera crashes, and restarts, and crashes
OR
I can use a current version on linux (more recent) and I can't login to synch

OMG!!! I hate computers
finally I was able to update to opera 44.02.25 stable on my LINUX machine
that allowed me to synch
and copy my bookmarks
so they desired effect has been achieved after 4 weeks of frustration!!!
the beauty of opera is your can SYNCH and keep bookmarks and speed dials
now using clonzilla i can clone the drive for future safetykeeping in about 15 mins
