Seriously, no edit feature on the forums. Who's the nutjob developer who designed this software?

It's not that uncommon at all for a forum not to allow its users to edit and/or delete posts. Many big outlets tend to do this, especially in the media.

      (edit)

Just so you know: you can edit your post within the first 30minutes after posting 😉

Wasn't able to edit at all, perhaps it was due to this asinine moderator approval posting system.

        Back on topic, issue persists.

You edit posts by clicking the gear under you portrait of the post you want to edit. There will be an entry in there named "edit". It will only be in there for the first 30 minutes after a post is made.

That is absurd, waste more time to find the edit feature which ought to be shown directly below the post made. NOT HIDDEN within a gear under an avatar. Bonehead developers.

Still, this thread has been hijacked enough. Back on topic.

When the standard Opera browser is in background and minimized and a private window is open and in the foreground links from applications now default to the standard Opera window and not the private window. Previously links would open in the private window as default (even if minimized) when opening from any application.

exactly same problem here. Email links opening new instances when there is a private instance opened already.

This is not a support page, it's for reporting bugs once you have them confirmed by others.

Clearly you cannot comprehend what "kind of" defines.

In any case it is closed ended official support, it's handled by opera developers. It's bug reporting, if the developers need more information regarding a bug they will contact the user.

Bug reporting does not need forum confirmation, reporting a bug requires detailed information how a bug can be reproduced.

I was just informing people that they should not use that page to ask for support.

The confirmation is to see if it's really a bug in Opera and/or also if it haven't been report already.
