I installed this Assembly in 5 minutes, before you write about the problem. That is , in this build I haven't installed any extensions, add-ons, scripts, etc. Absolutely clean build.

But, did you have installed the Beta or Dev before?
If it's the case, may be something in the previous profile that it's causing the issue. If it's a real clean install, it should work well.

I did not update, namely I installed a new, clean build on a separate disk in portable mode

Did you use the Opera installer?
Do you have admin rights in the installation disk?In any case, you should try reseting the profile and see what happens.

When reinstalling, the same thing happens
In my native language, this setting also looks crooked

Try changing fonts in Opera settings. Also try disabling hardware acceleration.
Does not help. Recorded in the video Opera installation

You didn't changed the fonts nor disabled hardware acceleration on that installation.
Alas, but changing the font in Opera's settings and turning off hardware acceleration do not change anything.

You are right, I've installed same version in same folder "Desktop" and the option and enabler box appears moved.
It seems something wrong since my other Beta installation it's USB also and has the same issue.
Default view (Opera Stable):
Wrong view (Opera Beta) - USB:
I Didn't tested if in a default installation it's right or wrong.
If LeoCG doesn't know about that, it seems that hasn't been reported.

Default installation gives the same effect.
Therefore, I wrote first of all in this forum

You may report the issue since the stable it's coming soon, don't know if any other beta build will be before the stable.

In Opera Developer 45.0.2531.0 (PGO) this setting is displayed correctly
