After click forum title in Overview, then there is no any information what forum title is.

But that's recent? Or since it's beginning?

Surely the forum title is always in the grey left-pointing arrow at the top of the page, or is the OP talking about something else?

For example, In Overview, click "Forum feedback", then there is only "Overview" left-pointing arrow and "All discussions" title on top, but nothing on Forum feedback

Ah, I see what you mean now!
The grey arrow is of course a "back" button, and its label says where it will take you.
You can see what forum section it is by looking in the address bar address if you have that visible, but you are otherwise right, there is no indication on the page itself in that mode.
I agree that there should be.

That info into mail responses would be appreciated too.

I think it always worked this way.
No, it wasn't.
For me, enabling the Title Bar helps (eating up some vertical though).
