Often I download files with a .sch extention that I can open using this program

      http://dhost.info/jschem/

      http://dhost.info/jschem/JSchemWindows.zip

I would like to associate the opening of .sch files (on Opera) using the JSChem program

Please, someone can explain me how to do it step by step ?

      MANY THANKS

      K

There is no way to do it. Opera should use the program associated with the extension.

Are you saying associated at SO level or associated inside Opera ??

            Oh, I forgot to say

If I browse a forum with Opera and I click on a .sch file, the file downloads and didn't open directly

if I click on the file in windows the files open automatically using the associated JSChem program

There is no way to open a file directly in another program using Opera, it will always be downloaded.

                Thanks

I was thinking that pdf file open, but may be it is due to an add-on

Am I wrong if I say that in the old Opera (around Opera 12) it was possible to associate file with programs to open it

                or I remember badly ?
