Refresh button should at the right side of the screen

I have difficulties to refresh my tab browsing as I need to move my hand to the left side side of the browser.
So it will be better if opera for windows put the refresh button at the right or the address bar.

Or if there any tools to rearrange the place of the button?

Note that F5 can also be used to issue a reload, and this shortcut can also be customized. Maybe that can be of some use?
