Hello,
I'm new to opera 43 (currently I use opera 12.11) and I would like to activate the
traditional menu bar, but I do not know how.Thank you for answers.

Or you could try to adapt to the new environment. Opera is now build upon Chromium which provides some very specific features. I also run an older version on my FreeBSD laptop and well... Obviously this is all personal preference and all but I think you could easily grow a liking to the newer version.
Note that you can get a bookmark bar (control-b) and that using the alt key also activates the Opera menu. So you still have some ways to control Opera's behavior using the keyboard only (assuming that this is what you're after).
