Improper display of pdf files - vertical "split"

Had to switch back to chrome after this bug.
I frequently require to refer to this public pdf which gives daily arrival/departures for Malta

On my computer , as soon as you start to scroll, a vertical split where one side "lags" behind the
other appears one third way from the left.It takes about 3 to 4 seconds of not scrolling with the mouse for the browser to "catch up"
Haven't seen this in any other browser I tried.
Tried opera freshly installed without any extensions and with default settings.
This doesn't appear on other pdf files I tried however.Anyone can verify please ?
