Question about data saver and VPN

Hi guys, a little bit new to Opera for Android, I have some questions to ask:

1. If I turn on data saver and set image quality to low, the image being displayed quality will be reduced but if I save that image to my phone, will its quality be reduced too?

2. Is it possible for you guys to intergrate VPN to the app itself (not system wide level) like Opera for Windows?

I don't understand the concept itself/system and no, the image size is not adjustable via Opera VPN proxy when is downloaded on your phone. That also depends on context, the image can also be downloaded via long tap so the image scale and size could be different but again the VPN doesn't do the adjustment.

@leocg yes, I mean I want a built-in VPN function on Opera Mobile like the one that exists on Opera for PC
