Flash Player in Opera Developer 42.0.2392.0 stopped open video on the site. http://ren.tv/novosti/2016-10-30/pervoe-video-novogo-moshchnogo-zemletryaseniya-v-centre-italii .
This plus the fact that Opera does not open in full screen, as described above.

If the opera: // plugins to disable Adobe Flash Player, the video on the site will show http://ren.tv/novosti/2016-10-30/pervoe-video-novogo-moshchnogo-zemletryaseniya-v-centre-italii (in Opera Developer 42.0.2392.0 )!

If Flash is disabled then the page is sending the html5 version of the video.

We hope that the new owners fired the developers involved in the processing of video Opera. And Flash will work just as well as the on Chrome.

Flash Player does not open a full screen when in WIN 7 Ratio> 100 % . I have in Win 7 is set to 150%= 144 DPI.

P.S. In OperaStabl 38.0.2220.31 Flash Player works fine.

This defect is corrected in the Opera Developer 43.0.2431.0.
And when the first correct a defect: does not open a full screen video?
