I have just started using Opera after getting frustrated with Firefox running too slowly.
However, I am struggling to set up my security and privacy settings. I have googled it and also looked at the Help functions and they all say go to Settings -> Privacy & Security.
Settings has no sub-functions and just opens a new window (also accessible via Alt+p).
In this window, there is a Privacy & Security menu but all it allows me to change is:
      Block Ads (tick box)
      Security - Clear Browsing Data.
Surely there must be more? eg cookie usage, VPN, etc.
Where is the rest of it?

And you only see the 'Block Ads' and 'Privacy' sections in Settings > Security and Privacy? That's strange.

Try to uninstall and the reinstall Opera.

Did an uninstall, saving data. Reinstalled - no change.
Did an uninstall, deleting data. Reinstalled - fine. Lots of options now.
                Thanks.
