I deleted my bookmarks in one PC, it accidentally synced to others and now they are lost

Hi everybody,
My plan is to have another PC, disconnect it from Internet, recover the bookmarks there are in there.
But I would like to recover the last ones! Since it is a sync issue, I cannot find them in "trash" folder for bookmarks.
So, what is your approach?

I thought maybe the bookmarks could be stored online in an encrypted manner.
