Choosing "user view" or "author view" in Settings

With latest update to Opera [32-bit] r.40.0.2308.81 a few hours ago the keyboard shortcuts to choose either ''author view'' or ''user view'' no longer work, and I cannot find "View" or other synonyms in my search of "Help" to discover how the current version .....2308.81 processes such requests or how to alter from the default view which seems to be the "author view"?

Any suggestions or references to a location in Help, or perhaps that current Help text has not ben updated?

Those options are no longer available since Opera 15, released in 2013.

Don't know if there are any extensions that provide such options.
