Permanent Browser Selection for Opera Mini

Opera Mini should allow to permanently replace Google with an alternative default search engine. While it's great to add new engines, still annoying to be forced back to Google with any new tab. Certainly Opera Mini should be more mature and user friendly than UC Mini, so go ahead and fix this issue asap please.

yippie, @operamilleson (http://forums.opera.com/topic/16231/can-t-set-custom-search-engine-as-default): permanent search engine selection in the opera for android 37.1 beta. now put that into opera mini as well, please.
