can't find a way to do it. it's very annoying with mouses with very sensitive middle button. you start to scroll and accidentally it switches to this rubbish auto scroll and stops the actual scroll.

AFAIK there's no setting for this.

X-Mouse Button Control can fix this for you. It is a very handy Windows application. Look into it.
