I don't know how it is named exactly in English version but click on O (the left top corner) and choose Other tools and there is Bookmark Importer.

AFAIK this only works for importing bookmarks out of Opera 12.X

I agree. The Bookmark importer in More tools is grayed out.

It will/may work after you have imported your Opera Presto profile.

I have it not grayed out on Opera 19. When I click on it the bookmarks page opens.

The Bookmark importer in More tools is grayed out.
If for some reason, the "Bookmark Importer" doesn't work for you, then you can try to use, one of the tips, provided here.
