Hi
Some websites are not rendered correctly. Is there a guide to solve that?Example: https://www.warez-bb.org/index.php

Yes, I checked. No difference.
Have you checked the address yourself and it renders well??I am using Opera 36.0 on Windows XP SP3.

"Might be?" Do you know of any admission of malfunction from Opera team? Or is it just a guess?
Sadly nobody says a word about their findings after visiting the website indicated in first post...

Did you notice her badges?
Opera 36 is kind of old version of Opera (current stable one is 39) and there is a considerable chance that it may start facing problems to render pages as the web changes.

This actually might be the issue. Unfortunately.
What part?
Using Opera 36? It is reported as being the last stable version...
Or using Windows XP SP3? Because I don't see anything wrong with it. Firefox works perfectly on every website.

Even with uBlock up and running, as the session grows older, it starts having certain trouble with Facebook. I even use my not-so-up-to-date Google Chrome more often.
Then again, Opera's Chromium now...

What part?
Most probably the fact that you are using an old version of Opera.
Funny... I've quit Opera 12.17 because some websites don't render correctly, just to find that Opera 36 fails miserably exactly the same...

IF it fails in Opera then it probably fails in Chrome and any other browsers that share that renderer. Does it work in Firefox? If it fails there also then its a problem with the site and not your browser.

With the latest update to Opera for Windows, Ver. 39.0.2256.48, I too am finding increasingly that icons on websites are not rendering. Indeed, sometimes there is not even any text replacing the proper image.
I have also found the most recent releases of Opera seem to be running increasingly slowly on some sites.

To add to the above -
After extensive maintenance on my PC (nothing showed up) I find that the Admin copy of Opera seems to be displaying icons OK. But my normal User copy does not. Also, when Opera last updated I lost my open sessions (Tabs) when I restarted it, in the User account.
Any advice how I can get the User copy back on track?
TIA

As I already said, Firefox works perfect where Opera fails (see below).
Chrome & Opera need a lot more work. In fact I still consider as felony Google's takeover of Opera 12.17 project. Google butchered Opera and got rid of a major browser competitor. Why do they need TWO BROWSERS??

Google does not develop Opera and they did not take it over. They share a rendering engine. Thats it. The interface and extra features are all developed by the Opera team.

TIAI have managed to solve(?) this.
On the site with the problems using my User version of Opera I made them go away, first by removing the setting: 'Block third-party cookies and site data'.
Then, when I set this option back again, to how it had been, the problems did not return.
Err...?

Opera need a lot more work.
Do you use any anti virus, firewall, anitimalware or similar software? If so, have you checked with it disabled?
I use, obviously. Last version of ESET Smart Security. The same software that protected my PC flawlessly for the last 10 years. I tried with it disabled completely. No difference. In fact, why would it have something to do with not loading CSS and images?? It's Opera's fault. Firefox works.
My guess is Opera fails at SSL protocols. This is a screen capture of debugger console showing multiple errors.

Everything works fine on my end. It has to be something specific about your setup that is causing the problem if you are the only one experiencing it. We're just trying to help you track down what it is.
