      Hello ,

I want to use my standalone Opera this was installed since more than 4 years ago with M2.

I am happy with this standalone Opera & consider using it for surfing the web but NOT RETRIEVING email anymore.

Please tell me if I am to delete just the whole ' mail ' folder , and any of the file name in here is better than delete the whole mail.

      Edmond.

Deleting the 'mail' folder will remove all your email messages, filters and so on. If you really don't need them or have made a backup, you can delete the folder without any implications to the browser part of Opera Presto.

          leocg, thanks !!

In this USB standalone installed Opera

I want to copy to a thumb drive & carry it to paste to my machine B.

          Question is :

If this is wise to not to copy the 'omailbase.dat - 203,492kb' ?

          ( means, I copy the whole Opera USSSB folder except this 'omailbase.dat - 203,492kb' ? )

As the Machine B is anyway re-downloading every email from the IMAP mail.google.com even if I carry the 'omailbase.dat - 203,492kb' to the machine B ?

It is because I spent time just finished on machine A toolbar.ini , keyboard.ini , mouse.ini etc. so that I do not need to do it again in machine B if I copy & paste the whole folder using a thumb drive.

Would machine B re-dowloading all the mail from IMAP or not if I keep this 'omailbase.dat - 203,492kb' ?

          Thank you very much.
          edmond.
