I thought there was something wrong with the browser because it wouldn't open anything. I disabled Turbo and it works. So, I'm wondering if it's broken.

Turbo basically sends every request to you make for a webpage to Opera servers. They download the page, compress it to save space, and then send it to you. If you are trying to view a web page that doesn't like that or have some kind of internet setting that does not like that then it will not work. We need more information to be able to help you.

            1. With Turbo on, the browser might not be able to open or load certain content (it might be restricted or not like it).
            2. As a Turbo server (a proxy server) might be located in a certain place (country), there might be geolocation restrictions applied there which aren't present in your actual location.
So where are you actually and which sites are you experiencing trouble with?

If you are using Kaspersky then that's the source of the problem. Right click on Kaspersky icon in tray - click Stop protection or something like that and then try to use Turbo again. It should work. This problem has already been confirmed on Kaspersky forum but since Kaspersky quality control is terrible and they fix bugs very slowly it might take up to a few months before they release a patch.
