This is really a big disadvantage - extremely annoying, having to re-select all delete options again and again

Inside of the Opera in any way. I brush in the settings of the Android cache. Settings-memory-cache

Why not change cache and data path to sdcard?

We do not use private tabs if we don't want to login everytime and save history.

Maybe because there isn't enough demand to worth the efforts?

An option for it may be more useful than one to delete navigation data on exit.
