why does not opera turbo show how many data saving ?

i use opera turbo in android and window but in windows version i cant see how many data saved and cant change opera turbo setting .

Its generally not needed on PCs. Most PCs are not using metered internet connections. Most phones are.

so if no one use it on pc ,why dose not opera remove this feature from windows version?
i cant use Google official data saver extension on opera and opera turbo lack many feature.

Turbo is not mean to save data only, it can also help speeding up if you have a slow connection.

yandex browser use opera server data saving but it has number of percent data saved , very better than opera
