Did you look at Bookmarks Manager > Other Speed Dials?

in other speed dial exist only my android phone synced speed dial.

Okay. So what exactly happened? Anything unusual before the speed dials got lost.
BTW, what version of Opera and OS?

no thing unusual happen before lost.i have win 10 64 bit. my opera version is 64bit ver 39

Was Sync enabled? If so, do you see your speed dials at https://sync.opera.com/web/ ?

my speed dial lost but i make an other one.
i enabled sync option but in sync section wasnt speed dial for select for sync.
in sync setting section i can see(bookmark-history-pasword) but i dont see any option to add speed dial for sync. -
