Windows 10 - Opera missing in default browser list

Opera browser does not show in the list of browsers to set it as the default browser on Windows 10 default apps screen.
Why is this and is there any other way of making it the default browser?

How Opera was installed?
To make the question better: was it installed for "current user", "all users" or "standalone (portable)"? Or simpler: on what folder do you have Opera installed, program files or somewhere else?
