Hit Windows key + r to open the run dialog, type:

explorer "%LocalAppData%\Opera Software"In each of those folders, delete the "Opera Developer" folder if present. Then, right-click the "Opera Stable" folder, choose "copy". Then, right-click in a blank spot in the "Opera Software" folder and choose "paste" to paste a copy as "Opera Stable - Copy". Then, rename the "Opera Stable - Copy" folder to "Opera Developer.
Then, when you start Opera One, it'll use whatever it can of the copy of the Opera 94 profile.
