Video Over Game will let you easily pop out Youtube, Twitch etc. video while you're in a game. While you could already do that using video pop out, it's not as convenient as we want it to be.

I mean after all, if I understand it correctly, all it does it but "site:" before any url.

The word is "autohide". "Toggle" means you actually have to do something (press a key or click somewhere) to change it back and forth.
