I kindly suggest that the speed dial button appear where it has traditionally been and that it preserves the functions of the other versions of opera that are to load our shortcuts or home page on the currently selected tab. Or if possible that this function occurs in the same way with the button available in the sidebar. In my humble opinion, it is not very practical for the speed dial button in the sidebar to constantly open a new tab.
