Go to Manage Extensions (menu > Extensions > Extensions), find the extension you want to change, and check the box for "Allow in incognito mode".
The icons seem to taken from the recently suggested replacing the originals:

I am having the same issues @luki12345678, I have no clue what is going on. I click on the icon on my taskbar and it brings up the Opera GX logo and then crashes instantly.
