  @burnout426 sorry for replying so late. I actually went to tinkering a bit, and it seems that having the music visualizer enabled is what causes the issue. I turned it off and everything ran smoothly. Thanks for reaching out though!

  @leocg Hi thanks for suggestion, but I've fixed the problem. The window that opened was from the extension uBlock Origin. The extension has a feature that allows you to block certain elements from working on pages, and I somehow had opened that element blocker and blocked the YouTube search bar, its beyond me how I managed that but it's fixed now.

  @someguy12211 Also looking for the same feature, if it's not accessible yet I doubt much can be done between Google and Opera in that regard.

  Hey, probably you alredy solved the problem, but I fixed mine today. What I did was, I edited the link leading to the site, it was "https://www.twitch.tv", and changed to "twitch.tv" and that solved... LoL

  Someone else reported the same issue in our Discord server, apparently, it's just how the 'auto-pause' feature works. It pauses whatever's playing on the Player whenever it detects another media playing with sound. So, when that media goes silent for a moment, the Player resumes playing.

  You can try picking the setting shown in the attached image to at least make it happen less. 8676b035-787c-43ea-b423-1a82b882d1e4-image.png
  This will make it so that the Player will resume playing after 5 seconds of silence.
