@phantomsoulless Yes, Opera VPN Pro works in the whole computer.
@allenj Since you have no synced data, there is nothing to be reset.
At opera://settings/syncSetup, open the Encryption options and choose a new passphrase or disable it.
@pancak3zz When Chromium has it, Opera will also have.
@itznotthecheese None of which are Opera sites, so no it wasn't real.
It's a known issue and there's no workaround for it. Everyone is waiting for Opera to fix it. But, no one at Opera has said that it's a bug or not. It could be intentional, but hopefully not.
@randomnameplz assuming that in your options "On startup" you've selected "Retain tabs from previous session" it should do that automatically.
Also - Usually when a browser is crashed (Or closed via task manager) it should re-open the existing tabs
