  I'm having the same problem, I've tried reinstalling Opera GX several times and nothing has worked.

  Im Facing this Issue since last Window Update !
  and CPU usage is 20-30% but for last few Days it also Jump up to 80%
  for few seconds! -_-.

  i Try any other common Browser cuz of that and all Facing this CPU kill!

  So i dont know if Its Windows they had to Fix it or Opera has to Fix Browser to
  be compatible again with the Windows Update!

  @mxhotsauce Try contacting the extension author. You can also try to reinstall Opera or rename the extensions folder.
