@lio00 I don't know but I found this by trying disabling filters one by one, you can try with other filters. Also if you're using another adblocker you can also try that with it.

Hello! I had the same issue for the past 3-4 months. Removing the adblock extension I had and restarting the browser actually fixed the problem.
How do I get rid of this blur on the mods tab!!!

@dragonmonkey1015 The universal IEC 60417-5009 power symbol. It's near the top of the page in the circuit diagram at the URL opera://mods. You can hover over it and click it to turn the mods power on and off. It's very subtle and hard to notice that all that's interactive.

@leocg yes you can but it feels awfull comming from chrome the tab dragging is much more painfull having to be basicly perfect and hold for a long time in chrome you just drag the tab to the line and it snaps in place when i do that in opra i just end up moving the window

Kind of late, but, let me guess, \n Download interrupted with reason: NETWORK_FAILED" error?
What worked for me was activating the VPN. It does make the mod download slower than usual, but I mean, it's more than an error I guess
