  I found this and this posting here: https://forums.opera.com/topic/42958/how-to-change-a-sidebar-icon
  All saying it's not possible. But that's wrong.

  Navigate to:
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable\Extensions

  Every folder here is an extension. Most folders have an img or icon folder.
  Search the right folder for your extension.

  Change the icons and restart Opera.

  It's not update safe, but it's possible.

  @remiserra There is a setting to put GX Corner on the sidebar instead, then the actual tab could be closed on all windows.

  You can enable the Chromium flag opera://flags/#password-import and then import your passwords from a csv file in opera://settings/passwords.
