  I have been using it for many years with no problems until about three weeks ago. Not only will it not conect but I can't delete any of the browser cookies or stored images.
  I'm going to have to delete Opera altogether as I no longer feel safe when making online purchases.
  It maybe an ISP problem blocking VPN's.

  Hello, think of your opera translation like a human being. People get tired after a little work! That's how opera translation works. It doesn't work properly at all, it's almost like it's tired.   @sarthaktope I've never had any battery issues with opera tbf. The max it's ever consumed was ~7% per hour of active usage.
