Opera Mail uses the Presto rendering engine that was in Opera browser versions 7-12; they can't make Mail open-source without also turning over Presto.

Well, if you mean Opera Touch, Opera Flow works with more than one smartphone now. The other features I do not know, but they may be working and we'll see them in the future.
