  [BUG] Full key binding support for extensions.
  You created new sidebar extension. But i can't set F4 key to open/close this sidebar.
  It's impossible. It's shall be fixed!

  [BUG] Too slow bookmarks. When you're have > 4000 bookmarks opera became slower.

  I know exactly what you're saying. In old Opera I would group all my bar items into one folder per location. So I had one for home, one for work etc. I would put bookmarks in that folder and for each I would select "show on personal bar" (or something like that). I really miss this functionality, along with saving as MHT and the notes.

  Dear developers! All are lacking synchronization of all! Bookmarks, Express panels, history, passwords, extensions! Extensions are not synchronized. A Express panel, there is synchronization, but not comfortable. Please Express synchronization panels on all devices the same. As it was before. What the Express panel on PC1, PC2, etc, and on the phone, both the phone and tablet. One Express panel for all devices! Thank you!

  And if you make it a configurable parameter? As it is implemented in a time of Microsoft Windows operating system on the taskbar and "Start" menu. That and I like all of my friends and I who sets up the computer to show interesting presentations and conduct lessons and often view the site full-screen and a little uncomfortable when you press the F11 when emerges not only the tab bar and the address bar and the taskbar of Windows, which some distracting.

  I second this. I only get one gb of data per month, so if I forget to re-enable it after leaving WiFi area it hurts my data bad. An auto feature would be bomb!

  We need to have Google removed from the browser and replaced it with a service that doesn't track you.

  I agree with all your posting, but can you seriously image any service nowadays not to track you? So called 'free' services have to sustain themselves somehow - tracking users is essential to increasing their ad revenue. Paid services (are there any left?) unfortunately can't gather enough weight and customers to pay even for operational costs, thereby these services track their users either. Maybe some services sell only aggregated data or correlations and not personal data, but we never can't know for sure.

  Have you heard some ISPs selling users browsing data to third parties? I have - and how do you expect to avoid tracking at ISP level?

  What means that probabaly we have to accept that we are tracked all the time. Of course amount of information and amount of trackers can be reduced (and we need to fight for our privacy), but completely anonymous and untracked browsing is almost impossible today.

  As no major browser uses private tabs nowadays, i guess the chances of Opera implement such feature is very low.

  My first reaction:

  WHAT? So just because no other browser use it, Opera shouldn't be innovative and add private tabs? And furthermore, if no other browser use it, that is a reason for Opera to add it, so it becomes unique. If everyone were thinking like that, all browser would be the same.

  But at further thinking, you're actually probably right. I'm afraid Opera thinks more and more in that direction since the move from presto, it's at least that feeling I've got when Opera devs have written on the blogs/forums. So we will see. (But I still think your comment was very pessimistic 🙂 )

  I agree with you, but if you skip the "My folders" sub-folder, then I would actually put the unsorted bookmarks first, so if the user has unsorted bookmarks, the users own folders should be less accessible. Why? Because unsorted bookmarks are, at least for me, bookmarks that haven't been sorted yet. They should only be there a short time so the user later either can finish the "task" and delete the bookmark, or save it in another folder. They should be first so every time the user opens the menu, the user should go trough them and hopefully do something with them.

  I dislike this idea to be honest. Because using tab in the address bar has always served another purpose: moving the focus away from the address bar onto other areas. This isn't only something within Opera but most other browsers (FF, MSIE) follow this same principle. So I can't help wonder if this wouldn't make things a lot more confusing.

  Not at all. The only instance where TAB would not jump away if you are switching between website address and search mode (which involves you typing in the keyword in the first place). In that sense, it is shifting focus elsewhere - from the address bar to the search bar. Only that their position is the same.

  Besides; alt-left and alt-right already allow for this behaviour (selecting other search icons).

  I wasn't asking for TAB to switch between search engines, but thanks for that tip, this makes it faster than Chromium.
