Apparently, you need to get an extension to export bookmarks from Opera. I got the V7 Bookmarks extension, which can do that.
What, exactly, synchronizes between computers?

Hi @2foreignvets, Facebook is A-B testing this feature: they provide it to users with some browsers and not to other browsers.

If successful, they eventually will push it out to all users. If not, it'll be removed for all users.

There are ways to hide which browser you're using, by using a custom user agent. Various extensions can do this (see addons.opera.com), so if you really want this and you know Facebook is enabling it for (for example) Chrome on Mac then you can make this happen 🙂

Hi Zalex108,

Willing to take a shot at another bookmarks question?

I am brand new to Opera, but have had Macs for over 20 years.

Here are my two computers, both running Opera v 43

iMac, 2009, OS 10.11.6
MacBook Pro Retina, 2013, OS 10.11.6

I have a Sync account and I have signed into the account from both Macs.

I find that if I make changes in the bookmarks of one Mac, they are not reflected in the changes on the other Mac.

Is this normal?

Hi, an update was released today which fixes this issue. You'll get it automatically via auto update, or if you want to force it, you can always redownload opera from opera.com.

I have the same problem. When I want to switch between tabs by command-option-arrowkeys and then scroll the page zooms in or out unintentionally

No extensions and no Turbo mode, still same problem. But the brand new update from yesterday seems to have solved the issue. I'll let you know if something goes wrong. Thanks for your help...

Export them as HTML then, import them from Opera in OMenu > Settings > Search Settings > (Type) Import
FInd/Find Again doesn't work if you navigate to a subsequent page

Hmm ... there used to be a setting for that, looks like they don't have it any more. The notification should try to avoid the area where the mouse pointer is, so you could move the pointer down there.
