Anyway problem solved
Turned out i just needed to update my graphic card drivers

opera://settings/passwords paste this in address bar and press enter
click 3 dots next to Add button and choose export
save it somewhere

In New Browser

opera://settings/passwords paste this in address bar and press enter
click 3 dots next to Add button and choose import
locate and select your file with your passwords and you are done

In short of it i don't have any additional extension to change night/day mode for any site so i only use built in feature of dark mode
And now after i just reinstalled windows and get a fresh copy of Opera GX on many sites i have white outlines
For example this is how i see this forum

Better example is this (do not pay attention to what is marked on red that is related to something else)

And this is how i see this site now

I still have my old Opera GX folder which i had before windows reinstall (i use portable installation of it) and on that copy everything is just fine

Anyone any ideas?
I would say there was some update and it gave me these white outlines but since that copy of Opera GX from before reinstall is also up to date (since it updates itself) i start to have doubts about it

i see new option in dropdown menu and it does exactly what i wanted it to do

i get around 400 emails per day so adding them to contacts isnt option to me unless there is way to automatically add new emails as contacts?

anyway wen i ctrl+p > advanced i see only notifications, fonts , keyboard and mouse

nothing about shortcuts

btw im using stand alone opera mail

anyway when i did change

[Mail Address Popup Menu]
Item, SI_COPY_BUTTON_TEXT = Copy

[Mail Contact Popup Menu]
Item, SI_COPY_BUTTON_TEXT = Copy

to

[Mail Address Popup Menu]
Item, SI_COPY_BUTTON_TEXT = Copy just mail

[Mail Contact Popup Menu]
Item, SI_COPY_BUTTON_TEXT = Copy just mail

after left clicking on mail in from field and choosing copy mail then pasting it i get "Copy just mail" text so i believe this is thing im looking for i just need proper command

or other work around for me would be if someone know where is the option that from field shows only actuall email

so thx guys im 1 step closer and i hope u can help me make next step
