At the loss of your data, you can reset your sync data at sync.opera.com to try and get sync working again on all devices.

@mrubioc You should see the sync icon only when you login to sync and synchronization should start just after the login.
Opera says that you are logged in to Sync in both devices? Did you already tried to logout and login again?

I have also faced the same issue. I am unable to retrieve my data on Desktop. My laptop had damaged but I had opera installed and sync was set. Now when I login the same ID on desktop PC, I am unable to get back my data? what you would suggest for me here?
