For those who are still having the problem, despite recent Opera (Stable) updates, I found a solution that works perfectly after testing three different graphics cards (AMD).

These are simply driver issues from AMD (25.5.1 & new 25.6.1) (WHQL) (Shi drivers...see on Reddit)*

Test with v. 25.3.1 & 25.4.1 WORKS perfectly (0 whites screen after fullscreen a few minutes)
Cards used:

• RX 6600
• RX 9070 XT
• RX 580

Like @pilis00 just fix full screen output (white theme and transparent fonts) and it will be perfect

First time I've seen a new version released so soon after the previous one that came out yesterday.

Themes used Aurora or my fav Metamorphic (Always with "Animations disabled")

Could this be a problem with some GPUs or not?
I have an AMD 6600 XT and an RX 580 = the same.

After 5-10 minutes of fullscreen video playback, the fullscreen closes, and font issues return, and the entire theme is white, just like in the previous version.

For my part, i have that only since this update and always i disable animation, it's weird

Update : I have meanwhile reverted to the old version 117.0.5408.197 (0 problems with or without animation)

When you watch fullscreen video, on return = the theme by default or new themes = becomes white and the font invisible

Since this version, my Opera crash a lot on almost all tabs
