Is it possible to set the page that each new tab will open to with Opera 30?

Is it possible to see how much data I am saving using "Opera Turbo" with Opera 30?

I uninstalled and then downloaded again and it is the same. When I type text in a text box (like when entering username and password) the letters and numbers are so small it is hard to see.

Uninstall Opera Mini browser, visit m.opera.com with default browser and install again in case that dalvik cache refresh doesn't do the right thing (most likely don't)<<<

I am using Opera Mini on a Windows Phone. Do I just uninstall and reinstall from the Windows App Store?
