I am trying to attach multiple files to an appeal. Everything was working normally at first, but after selecting more than 13 images, the website stopped responding.

When I tried again, Opera GX started freezing whenever I clicked the file type dropdown in the Windows file picker, located in the bottom-right corner of the window.

I restarted Opera GX several times, but the issue persists. The same file picker works normally in Opera One/Stable, so the problem appears to be specific to Opera GX.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any website that allows file uploads.
Click the button to select a file.
Click the file type dropdown in the bottom-right corner.
The file picker and Opera GX freeze.

Opera GX version: LVL 8 — 133.0.5932.109
Operating system: Windows 11
Opera One/Stable: Works normally

I have it on OPERA stable and opera GX.

@passenger-chi very sad that many years passed and they still didnt do anything about it. I have paid kaspersky VPN and there is no add-on for OPERA GX to make it work just in my browser without changing things in my notwork. I know split tunneling exists, but its not the same.
