I've just updated to 60.0.3255.59 (Linux Mint 19.1) and VPN is working again.

Opera for Windows[Solved] No text on bookmarks, history, or config tabs
First I admit this is not purely Opera's fault. I use Windows 10 themes, and some of them ruin my desktop (my fault of course), such as window text titles don't display. I try Google to find the solution, but so far nothing is working. Maybe this problem within Opera is related to my desktop problem. But hopefully, there is someone here with solution with my predicatement.
