@leocg Can I download it to a thumbdrive and then transfer it to the xp laptop?

I have a laptop with xp operating system. I cannot get on the internet with it now because the Chrome browser won't work.
Can I download opera to a thumb drive with another computer and then install it on the laptop that has xp?
