I have the same problem. When I want to switch between tabs by command-option-arrowkeys and then scroll the page zooms in or out unintentionally

Probably wont happen soon. Windows 8 currently has only about a 10% market share and many of those users are not on touch capable devices (like me). The target group is just too small to justify the resources it would take to make it. I'm not a dev and I'm not saying its never going to happen, I just wouldn't hold my breath or anything.
