DNA-99391 Add bookmarks at the bottom of a bookmarks bar folder
@escruting It seems like a kind of bug then.
Maybe if people make a bug report for it, the developers will take this into account.

This change also contradicts another behaviour in bookmarks. When I drag and drop a bookmark into a folder, the bookmark is added to the top of the list.

So I have been using this behaviour to add the latest bookmarks to the top from the bottom of the folder, but hope they provide a fix soon.

It seems the options were removed from the opera://flags and instead can be configured via sidebar settings. By the way, sidebar setup can be reached via clicking the 3 horizontal dots in the sidebar menu.
