I'm having the same problem (I too live in Montevideo, Uruguay)...
This was overnight, and it started over a week ago. Opera just started not allowing me to visit sotes I've been visiting forever and can still visit on other OS. But giving up Opera is out of the question for me. Sites like wikipedia, sosvox, care2... I wonder now if it's all .org sites (??)
Anyone found a fix to this?

RE: Receiving unwanted notificationsOpera for Android
@leocg said in Receiving unwanted notifications:
@twoboots In settings,go to Privacy > Site settings> Notifications
Thanks, but that was the first thing I tried. No unwanted pages appear on the notifications allowed list. I I have to find a way to undo this on the very page, the very confusing Taiwanese page.

RE: Your connection is not privateOpera for Windows
@temminckiiii Thank you very much. I found the certificate I was needing, installed it, and I can visit those sites again. I guess it will keep happening while I'm still on W7...
