In Windows 7 you can put Opera on the Task bar, and to open the program, just right click on the Opera icon on the task bar, and choose, private Window. @joegd21 has a good idea then. Your browsing history will not be recorded. Otherwise, I believe you will have to manually delete the history every time you close the browser.
