For Linux, it does not work that way at all

I'm trying to create a Opera Portable for Linux. (Browser and all data were stored on the flash drive.)
I want to make it work as well as: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/opera_portable

I found nothing that worked for me

It occurred to me that I could use Opera for Windows Portable and using WineHQ run Opera on a flash drive.
Navicat not have version for windows but using (Portable WineHQ run Navicat)
Example: http://download.navicat.com/download/na ... x86.tar.gz

But I could not find any information on where to take the portable WineHQ
