Could you please add an option to turn On/Off pull to refresh effect? Sometimes I just want to check if I'm on the top of the webpage, so i scroll down and page reloads, and thats annoying me. In Chrome, there is an option to disable it in flags, but in Opera://flags, there is no option to disable this. Thank you.
